Not bad for the price only stayed one night very close to the beach family run hotel all very helpful Pillows were lumpy but did sleep well would of been top notch to have tea and coffee in the rooms would stay again

This was a brief visit to Blackpool for family reasons. Whilst the staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the hotel was generally clean and well presented, our doble room was absolutely tiny, the bed/mattress was extremely uncomfortable and there was nowhere at all to hang our clothes. Also, although we left early, we still paid (i.e. NO Refund) for the 2nd night and have only received 1 of our 2 Rewards from Hotels.com!!!

We stayed for the night with our 2 boys, the staff were really lovely. Our kids loved the games room, the bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. We didn’t have any food but the menu did look amazing so will defo try next time we go. The breakfast was American style so we decided to go a cafe. The room was spotless and the tv was a smart tv so we log into Netflix. Overall we had a great stay and will be booking again when we’re in Blackpool. Can not recommend enough.

Hotel and staff were absolutely lovely. Everything we needed as a family of 5. Great games room with pool and pinball etc and the food was delicious. Cant recommend enough.

Perfect hotel for location and a happy family trip. Nice and clean and even has an american style restaurant with a pool table and some arcade games. Id stay again

This hotel has got to be the best hotel i have ever stayed at whilst in Blackpool. The staff was superb always had timenfor you and always assisted you. The food was 10/10 they do a briliiant breakfast although we didnt have a evening meal here the menu looked exquisite all homemade (will 100% try next time we go). The room was spotless really well cleaned and beautifully decorated the beds were comfy and the kids loved the triple bunk bed. If you are looking for great value, friendly and a family hotel then this is the hotel for you in our opinion this gets a 10 out of 10 rating will 100% only use this hotel from now on. Thank you for a brilliant stay

The owners was really lovely so welcoming and they was so good with the children. Showed us around before we got settled in. Snooker table darts ect for the children to play with any time. Great location to the pier, and the beach. The family room that we had was standard would have been nice to have had a kettle, cups for hot drinks ect. It’s a shame that the breakfast wasn’t included as the children wanted to but we had to be out for 10am would have been better if check out was for 11am instead.

We had a great stay, hotel facilities were great, location was great, staff were great. The only issue was I booked a family roon as was staying with my three children. My children are aged 6,16 and 17, so although are children, the tallest is 6,1" so the bunk beds were not a great fit. That was the only negative, but was not really the hotels fault.

We stayed for a night with our three children in one of the family rooms, room was lovely and amazing value for money breakfast was brilliant lots of choice for kids. Very friendly service from the young girl who was on duty will definately stay again thankyou very much fof your amazing hospitality AAAstar

The younge women was vever helpfull and sociable n freindly the burgers was amazing had a realy good stay and fun and the room is moderate and get what you pay for but the women is very assistant in helping when need out ajusting nice cheap stay for a family :)
