The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly, I wouldn’t say it was a place for young families, it is more suited for elderly people. The rooms were fine but it was a bit of a rabbit warren to find them, the entertainment was very good and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely central hotel, close to shopping centre. Very clean, lovely family room, comfortable beds. Had evening meal as well as breakfast. Food very good. Entertainment good. There was nothing we didn't like about it. Have stayed previously with my husband.

There was a loud family staying next door to me on my first night ( I was travelling alone). Reception staff dealt with it, then moved me the next morning at my request . Amazing staff and customer service.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I have stayed before and it the decor is now much better since the refurb. However i will say at £130 a night you get to a certain point with things IMO. The rooms on first look, look amazing and you can see they have gone for what appears to be good quality fittings in the bathroom. However wardrobes are cheap, as it the cabinet. The other point is, the decorating also appears to be cheaply done and when you look you can see the points which is a real shame. The bathroom was poorly designed as well, likely to cut some costs. Breakfast was extra for us as we had an event on so we did not know if we could make it. We could in the end, however, for what was on offer it was expensive. The produce is cheap end and nothing special. Sausages had too much pepper in them. I felt there lacked any continental option for the price paid. It was all you can eat though. I get that Blackpool is a competitive market but its the little things which make the difference when you pay 100+ a night IMO. I would recommend the hotel for the location and my families needs for our stay. It is right by the tower and attractions.
