Pleasant night. Comfortable beds. Only downside was that our room was too close to the lifts and so quite noisy. If you stay here be aware of a lot of youngsters that meet and party (as it happened to us). I called the reception and eventually (at 11.30ish) they stopped. Not ideal as I was visiting for the athletics nationals and my 13 year old son really needed a good night sleep before the races.

Our stay was comfortable, staff was friendly. Few things that could be bettered are firstly the bathrooms don’t have locks which is extremely inconvenient especially if you’re travelling with kids. Secondly the breakfast buffet could do with some more choices. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The room was absolutely great, excellent facilities and couldn’t fault it. However, when we arrive there was only one lift working and the next day there were no lifts at all. We had two small children, a buggy and a room in the top floor so this was obviously not ideal!

It was clean and comfort. Also spacious for my family with four members (2 kids). I booked for 2 nights and there was a room cleaning service on the second day. However, there was some minor problem for the small fridge in room and made little noise. For parking, there are off road parking (but not hotel managed). If you were lucky, you could park next to the hotel. But don't forget to pay the parking fee online and the maximum parking period is 4 hours. (within certain period of time)

Cleaning issues with the room. Mould in corner of shower. Linen stained in various locations. Lack of amenities like cotton buds, shower caps in bathroom. Poor breakfast no selection of chopped fruit just melon. Not kids friendly you can’t get simple as banana, pancakes or waffles. Requested omelette we got small over cooked nearly burnt fried egg presented on a tiny side plate. Coffee machine doesn’t have option of plant based milk. Espresso served in a large disposable cups there is no espresso cups.

This is the 2nd time we’re staying here this year and we love it. My kids first of all love everything about the hotel, the room, the shower, the breakfast and all. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Check-in and check-out is super easy. The staffs are great and friendly. The only thing is finding parking, there are few spaces in front of the hotel which is at first come first serve, but I always find a spot in front of the hotel which I’m grateful for so can’t complain. The area is quiet and lovely, the rooms have a great view I might say and the hotel interior and lovely too. Would I recommend and come back here again? FOR SURE. Wish breakfast could be included in the price, sure but it’s nothing really if you’re adding £20 on up of the cost for a family of 4 and the price of the hotel is not much. Not sure why I’m writing this but in case a family is planning on staying here just FYI. Wish I could write more but it’ll seem like a fake review so I’ll stop here. Thanks.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with 2 adults & 2 children. They provided a crib with complete bedding which was nice. Great location within walking distance from many sites. Perfect for visiting Thinktank museum and less than 10mins from Bullring shopping center. While there is no parking at the hotel, a car park is a block away and it was only £9.50 for the whole day. All of the staff was very friendly and breakfast buffet was just enough. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again for any further visits.
