Lovely resort central to the beach, dining, and shopping. We are a family with teens and we walked every where except to the FishFry and a kayak tour. Taxis were readily available those 2 days and were very friendly. Love the location and the staff was very accommodating. There was always a place available to sit by the pool and chaises ready at their section of GraceBay beach. The price point made a dream trip possible for our family. Thank you Ports of Call!

First is the friendly greeting every time you approach the front desk- they are efficient and always helpful! The rooms are made up beautifully and the cleaning service people are also so friendly! The complimentary breakfast is truly outstanding and sets this resort apart from others when making travel decisions. Finally, the people at the water front are always attentive to get lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. We stayed last year and again this year, recommending Ports of Call to friends and family - please don’t change a thing. My slogan for you would be “ A gem that has it all”!

They charge me extra for my kids under 16 because they said in their policy for kids are under 6 only I tried to explain to them that I booked through Expedia but They said they can’t do anything.

This was our first time at Turks and Caicos. I went with my two children and with my sister and her daughter. I booked the rooms on separate days and made sure I called ahead of time to have our rooms right next to each other so I can help her out with her baby. They told me they will make a note and make sure that happens. The day we got to the hotel I was told they won’t be able to do that and the manager told me that it was impossible that they said that to me and asked me the dates I called so she can check if I’m telling the truth. We were exhausted, we’ve been traveling for 9 hrs our flight was a connecting flight and was delayed for two hours and didn’t really wanna have to deal with this. It took a lot of back and forth and in the end they couldn’t accommodate us. The next day, we needed towels for the pool and they ran out (we’re in Turks and Caicos!!!!!) there were so many people waiting to grab beach/pool towels. It took quite a while. I ask if I can get 3 for me and my two kids and they told me it’s one towel per room!!! It took about 3-5 mins of back and forth for them to finally give me two more towels. Then I told them how we’re on vacation and how inconvenient everything was. As I walk away the concierge said under his breath “I know” and smiled sarcastically. I went back and I told him I heard him and he said that he didn’t say anything. In addition to the poor customer service, the room cleaning was poor. They did not replace the hand and floor towels.

My first visit to TCI was very pleasant indeed. The room and other areas in the hotel were all clean and inviting. Continental breakfast was adequate and tasty and the coffee was delicious. Disappointingly the Wi-Fi connection barely worked, which was inconvenient to me as a was unable to stay connected to work and family. Also the AC unit was very noisy and at times during the night I had to switch it off. Likewise, the overhead fan. Special mention to Kirk and Joel who were very pleasant and helpful. That’s the kind of people that are needed in the hospitality industry. I look forward to my next visit to the islands.

Pool was dirty. Our AC leaked and flooded floor and child slipped and fell. Upcharged us for the kids $90 (even though we didn't need anything for them since booked a room with two double beds) and then did not even provide enough towels for all of us. Walk to beach is through a smelly alley. The beach attendant was nice but that was the only good thing about this place.

We stayed here for 1 night before arriving at another resort for the week. The safe didn’t work, the shower was ice cold and the welcome rum punch was awful. If you have hot water, it would be ok as a “stopover” hotel for a night, but definitely wouldn’t stay here for an entire week’s vacation. I booked through Expedia for 3 adults and 1 child (my daughter is within Expedia’s age range for being considered a child), but the hotel charged me an extra $30 because they claim she is considered an adult (she’s 15). It would’ve been nice for Expedia to have the correct age range for what’s considered an adult vs child.

Happy we stayed here. Great value for Grace Bay Area. Room was nice and pool was just right. Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to beach and supermarket and so many things. Loved the happy hour drinks. What I didn’t like was the breakfast. Yes it was included and we were thankful, but really could’ve been better. No variety and burnt bacon. Hair dryer and iron didn’t work. But that’s minor stuff. Beautiful, affordable resort for families. Would stay again.
