The experience was exemplary - checkin, quality of rooms, arranging a shuttle up to the Travertine Baths, a taxi shuttle to the bus station upon departure - were all provided with a smile and exceptional service The breakfast spread was first class - in terms of quality and variety. With three fussy kids - this was the No 1 breakfast for our trip around Türkiye! Highly recommend

The Venus is just perfect for a visit to Pamukkale-Hierapolis. They offer a free shuttle service up to the start, and once the day is over, there is a short 10 minute walk to the hotel from the exit of the pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family room we used was absolutely perfect - modern, clean, well furnished. And the breakfast buffet is truly the best we have had after 3 weeks in Turkey.

I want to say thanks for the great service! My rental car showed a warning signal and the rental company staff could not understand English (oh my god), the guy at the front desk offered to talk to him and translate the info to me. Very customer oriented and will definitely recommend. Just checked out today and I have to say that Venus Suite hotel is probably you bang for the bug in the area. It offers a lot of space for the family, a good selection of food for breakfast buffet, walking distance to the Pamukkale.

We were greeted warmly at reception and, as there is no elevator and were an older couple, were asked if we'd prefer a ground floor room. There's a lovely big pool with a fenced off kiddy pool which is clean and cool, even in the 42 degree heat we experienced. Thank goodness for great air conditioning. Dining is indoor or outdoor under a leafy canopy by the pool. Breakfast was included and there was a great selection. The streets around the hotel are very shabby so this is a diamond in the rough.

This place is an absolute gem. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and perfect for families. The food was great and staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and nicely decorated rooms. The family room and double room we had were great, the 3 bed room was a bit cramped but still nice. Helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant had nice food for dinner and breakfast. There was plenty to select for breakfast :)

Terrific place to stay if visiting Pammakule. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast or restaurant but the food looked good. We booked the family room, which was perfect for our needs. Recommended.
