Dort Mevsim Hotel

This was our second time in Pamukkale, which is absolutely one of the most amazing places in the world. We have two kids, ages 8 and 12. The hotel has a great, family feeling to it. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was sparkling clean and very cool. It was great to swim in and then my husband and I were able to sit by the pool and have a drink while we watched the kids swim.

Although, there are many issues that could have been better, I am happy with my stay, and my overall rating is 9 out of 10. Here are some example of the problems. The credit card reading machine did not work, and I paid by cash (Euro). The desk in a room was covered with dust, maybe not cleaned for a few weeks. There was no chair in the room. The shower head was broken. (Many more minor problems) However, the room costed only 21 euro per night, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The owner family was friendly and nice. The breakfast, included in the stay and I read a bad review, was not bad at all. It was not as fabulous as the one I had in Nomads Cave Hotel of Kappadocia, but looked nice and tasted good.

It seems like everything is falling apart. Either rusty or broken. Not suitable for families with children as the outlets hanging from the wall and rusted Metals around the pool area.

The property owners were so warm and accommodating! It is a family owed property. They serve the breakfast for you. They accommodated us early when we got there before check in time. Drove us to the Cotton Castle for a small fee.

Good hotel, kind and comfortable, good value for the money! Good location to visit Pamukkale, nice and helpful family

It’s a family run business and the staff/ hosts are nice and welcoming. The bathroom door at our room didn’t close and nobody told us about it. It was not too bad due to the disposition of the door. The restaurant didn’t have many options on the menu. But we felt great being there and enjoyed our stay a lot. The pool is very nice with the restaurant/ bar by the side.

I enjoyed the peaceful garden environment, family owned business, the advice and information to visit Hieropolis. The pool is refreshing.
