You could der that they rooms were a bit older, AC made a lot of noise. A lot of choice of restaurants, little shops and massageparlours nearby. Alsof some children so a family hotel. Staff always friendly. Breakfasts could ben netter but in a Nice spot. Big Swimming pool. Ao Nang was already full of People. Beach not to far away.

Small resort but big enough that our laughing playing children didn't disturb anyone. Good location. Good food lovely staff. Didn't break the bank. Thank you

Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids. Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance. My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.

The distance to the restaurant is so far from the hotel room. If I accompany with the young children, I don't recommend. The humid smell was produced in a blanket and there were so lots of insects. The staffs were really kind.
