We had booked a three-night stay in the pool access room and we added a fourth night. The staff is very friendly and this is the cleanest hotel of all. The hotel is close to the two beaches in Ao Nang. There are a lot of kids playing in the pool so if it is something that bothers you, you should not choose the pool access room.

We had a comfortable stay here for 1 week. Great location to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Nice breakfast and great pool cocktails. Appeared a little busy and noisy here at times. Great for families.

We ended up moving after one night of our 3 night stay in Krabi to the Nakamanda Resort 15 mins away. I don’t believe this property warrants a 4 star rating, 3 star is more suited imo. Although the pool was lovely with the slide for the kids, the family room with balcony was quite basic and small, the tacos/nachos we had in the restaurant was barely edible, with the exception of the reception staff the other staff had very limited English speaking and struggled to understand our questions regarding lunch, and finally the location. It is a good 10 min walk to Aonang beach which was one of the worst beaches in Thailand imo. Not a clean looking beach that lends to swimming with the long shore boats crowded at the shore. It was all quite a low point for our stay in Thailand and as it was the end of our trip, we moved so that the whole trip would not be marred by this experience and were extremely grateful that we did.

We stayed for 2 weeks , the second room was nice overlooking the pool , downside pool is nice but this is really a kid friendly hotel , so lots of kids , the gym was ok but had to call them several times to turn the air conditioning, the breakfast was ok , but they don’t restock , so when you ask for example Gronala they say they ran out , there is no air conditioning in the breakfast area or lobby , with no fans , so it gets very hot

Great for families and couples.
Bit noisy at the pool but that’s the deal when choosing a family friendly hotel. The playlist at the pool bar could be updated/changed tho. So you don’t have to listen to the same song every day 3 times a day ;)
The staff are very nice and welcoming and also very helpful in any situations.
All in all a good stay I can recommend.

Our Toronto Canada family stayed only one night as a bit of a stop over, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Big time thanks to the front desk staff for recovering my wife's bag of gifts from Japan. During the distractions of checking in, pulling luggage around, and such, my wife set down a bag of gifts and thought no more of them, until we got to our room, hours later. In horror she realized the gift bag was not in the room. Our daughter and her thought, just maybe they were left outside. They inquired at the front desk, and there was her bag of treasures with a "Left Behind" tag on it. Besides this kindness from the staff, room service was great, the Thai massage was amazing, and the room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was great too. Our driver Dhon, got us to airport safe sound and even stopped so we could have a pit stop. Terrific staff and a great stay. Thanks to all at Centara Anda Dhevi!!

Lovely feel to the place, the people were very friendly and helpful. We arranged a couple of day trips through them which were excellent + onward travel.
Nice mix of guests both in term of nationalities and ages - including families. My son absolutely loved the pool with its slide and made friends every day. would definitely go back there.

This is my second time to Krabi and I found this hotel to be much better for family and good access to the shops around. It is a quieter neighbourhood. The facilities for children were good - Swimming pools, childcare services etc.

Great hotel to stay in with kids! We had a room with pool access and I would definitely recommend booking one, we enjoyed it so much! The pool was great, big enough to swim around, kiddos enjoy the water slide and the overall atmosphere on the pool area is really nice.
Our room was on the smaller side compared to some but nice, cool and with enough storage. At first we were worried about noise from the lobby and the bar as our room was really close but had no problems at all and eventually the location was super convenient and made the hotel feel quite small and intimate.
We took massages from the spa and they were excellent! Also the quality of food and drinks we had from the bars and at breakfast was very good.
Our only complaint was sloppy room cleaning: empty water bottles left in room, toilet and shower were not cleaned every day, missing towels, dirt on floors. During our 10 day stay our room was properly clean after housekeeping maybe 2-3 times. I hope they pay special attention to this.
