Rembrandt Hotel & Suites Bangkok

Stay was not good at all. They charges extra for my child although it was booked as one child with parents. They told me child age as per them child age is over 12. I mentioned the age of child while booking hotel.com. Property is too old (30-40yrs) it has bathrooom of 1980s which kids don’t know how to use it. Air conditioning docking are too old. Breakfast is good but they charged extra for it. It is far away from malls and in very crowded area for taxi to reach you.

It was satisfactory for our family and hope that we could have a better room for our next visit.

We stayed here in 2019 and had a nice time, however the hotel has deteriorated since then. The room, which has apparently only just been refurbished, was to a low standard. The bathroom finish in particular was terrible. Our room was pool facing on floor 5, and we were kept awake by banging dance music until gone 2am. There was a lot of noise of doors banging in the corridor after this time. Breakfast has regressed most since our last visit. Before there was a lovely selection of Thai and Japanese dishes. This time around i reverted to a bowl of kids cereal as the selection was, quite frankly, rubbish. The service at breakfast was akin to a rugby scrum, with no organisation for allocation to correct sized tables. Location is excellent, right next to the Terminal 21 Mall and Asok BTS station. The reception staff were friendly and polite.

Stayed for four nights in a family room, chose the hotel due to its location and it did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice on how best to get to key attractions. Our room had a large king bed and a bunk bed and was spacious and clean. There was more than enough room for all four of us and our baggage. Beds were comfortable. Large bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath tub. Facilities are excellent, pool is great and pool towels are readily available. Gym is small but sufficient. We ate breakfast at the hotel after trying options locally, we found it competitively priced compared to local restaurants, and there were plenty of options (for two fussy children). Food at the restaurant by the pool is also very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the BTS and MRT stations allowing you to explore the city easily, and the Terminal 21 shopping mall which is huge and has numerous food courts. They also have their own tuktuk which will transport you to the end of the road on demand if you want to reduce the walk! Highly recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again if further trips to Bangkok.

Unfortunately we have to stay in family room and quite uneasy for old people like us.Need cleanliness and hygiene in the room.

Stayed many times but this was first time with my teenage children. Family room was excellent and cleaned every day. Pool on fourth floor was also excellent with plenty of towels and sun loungers always available. Staff are always wonderful and will help with everything you need with a smile. Only small down side is service charge on all drinks within the hotel and pool making them a lot more expensive than elsewhere. Even accounting for that 9 out of ten...

I must say that the service that was given by every staff member was just incredible. From the restaurant, the bar, room service, the maid staff, the concierge and the front desk each and every employee was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and I will return. The only negative I can think of is that the property is in disrepair . But again thanks to all the staff for making my visit so wonderful.

Supernice people working there, good beds, ekstra plus for large beds for the kids! Well working air condition! Very good location, easy to get around from there! Could be better cleaned but ok! Would not have a problem living there again!

The staff were great as always the floor I was staying on looked as though it had been ungraded recently I can not say that for the rest of the hotel. Gym was ok but dated. The Mexicans restaurant food was a bit on the bland side I ordered fajitas. Too many kids at the pool making a great deal of noise.

Good for the price. Property is old and dated. Very good breakfast. Decent pool. Decent location < 10 mins walk from 2 stations. Good sized room with bunk beds for our 2 kids.
