Stayed in Junior suite room for a family of 3 adults from 25-27 July 2024. The hotel is about 10mins walk from Asoke/Sukhumbit station. Lots of massage parlours around.

I cannot fault the staff who were brilliant. I had a junior room, it was clean but getting a little tired. The tv is not fit for purpose, it must be 15 years old with a poor selection of tv channels. Breakfast is average with poor choices. My biggest issue is letting people smoke by the pool, if you are lucky enough to get a sun lounger & even more unlucky to have several chain smokers either side it’s very unpleasant. The food is very good but not cheap. Having stayed in Park Plaza 6/7 times now I don’t think I will be returning.

This hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Bangkok. Close to shopping, restaurants and the sky train. We loved our oom which was a junior suite. It was spacious with comfortable bed and separate living area. Our bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and a shower. Housekeeping staff were verry good. We got good services from the front desk staff who were helpful when we had questions about booking tour and getting directions etc. The Park Plaza also has a nice rooftop pool and lounge area. We woukd stay here again.

The hotel is nicely located 10 mins from the MTR and a mall . There are restaurants close by and a 7/11 which is convenient . The pool on the roof was a nice touch after a hot day . I appreciated the staff but was a little disappointed with the hotel tour , the second day we booked through Viator and it was cheaper and the tour guide was much better. I felt a little pressured from the hotel for the tours as they seem to want you to book with them but offer a more personalized service but it wasn’t what we were looking for as we wanted to be sure it was an English speaking tour guide and the hotel offered a taxi driver for the day . All in all the staff was very friendly and even if the hotel is in an alley it is very safe and easy to find . The coffee shop at the corner has great matcha and breakfast wraps . We didn’t go to the hotel buffet but it looks really good and had a lot of options . I would recommend the junior suite which is very spacious .

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, junior suite room was great and it’s a small enough hotel to make guests feel special. Very good value too! I’ll come back here the next time I’m in Bangkok

My family and I loved this hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds and friendly staff. We spent 2 nights here. The hotel well situated close to a big mall and many nice restaurants nearby.
My mom forgot her purse in a drawer in her hotel room. She realized it when we got home then I suddenly called the hotel. The hotel staff responded promptly and shipped the purse to my mom the next day with no charge.
Excellent experience big thanks to Khun Theerasak and the concierge team for taking care of us. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

If it wasn't for the staff being so friendly and kind, this would definitely be one of the lowest rated places I've stayed in. I paid $75 for a junior suite and got a terrible view with outdated furniture and just an unpleasant stay for the price. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Paid for room with king bed but instead there was two twin beds together. After I bought that up they promise to change the room but I got contacted by stuff only next evening more than 24h later and there was no more point for us to pack and unpack for two more day stay. My wife couldn’t use a outdoor swimming pool since there were group of drunk rude man who where partying and getting drunk by the pool every day. They advertise that they are family friendly hotel(very hard to find in that “meet market” neighborhood) but they are not even close to that. Very disappointing stay/experience. Would recommend stay at “Executive Club at Windsor” located on the next street.

Me nor my friend really enjoyed this hotel. The reviews are amazing and despite not being a horrible hotel it’s not wow either. Perhaps it’s because I’m used to 5 star hotels like four seasons and aman…. The property needs a bit of renovation, the pool area is less impressive than on photos and the receptionist isn’t too polite or perhaps language barrier or cultural differences. We came early in the morning and waited by the pool area until check in. The room wasn’t ready until the very last minute, and we had to keep asking. They didn’t even notify us which would have been easy since we were in the pool area and they knew we were waiting as I came down multiple times to ask. We also asked to buy late check out but never got any response. However their concierge is excellent. I lost an item when traveligg my and he helped me call them and locate the item. Bravo for that!! We also lost a ring which they were able to find for us. That was highly appreciated. The location is ok. A bit far from everything in my opinion(tourist attractions) but close to shopping mall and cowboy street(red light?) but not close enough to disturb or be seen by children. No noise etc so easy to sleep. Aircon malfunctioned during the night. Would I stay here again? No. For the price there are many hotels much better and cheaper. Is it bad? No just not unique. The breakfast was also not that good but it was cheap, only 200 baht I believe. The manager is also very polite and accommodating.
