Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok

Decent priced 5* experience in this area. Superb. service, free afternoon snack (chocolate hour) and relaxing pool area. Also rooms (deluxe) and gym are ok. Double bed room was enough to take 4 persons. Consider halfboard with family and note that service can be slow if you order anything else than thai food. Breakfast was ok but expected more variety in this class, naturally omelet and noodel soup are made to your order.

Location - not bad, about 10 mins walk from the property to the nearest BTS station at Asok. There's a free hotel shuttle that runs every 30 mins between hotel and Terminal 21 shopping mall (directly connected to the BTS and near Sukhumvit MRT station too). Cleanliness and comfort - Overall pretty pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and housekeeping, but I noticed that sometimes housekeeping may forget to refill the tissues or provide the extra toilet roll. This is easily solvable by asking the housekeeping staff if you see one of them around. Service - Staff was able to converse well in English and was prompt in solving our issue with the keycard. Check-in and check-out was also very smooth, provided my family connecting rooms upon request at check-in too since it's available. Bonus - There is free chocolate every day from 4-5pm and buffet breakfast is quite delicious too. Overall 8.5/10 stay for me, just wished it were nearer to public transport is all :D
