The hotel is 5min walk from Nana Station and there are many restaurants, shops and bars around it. The hotel staff are friendly and proactive in their service despite the high traffic during the Lunar New Year period. I had an interconnecting rooms for my family and they were clean with white marblled floorings that looked classy. My family is very happy with Aira overall. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great stay for us after returning to BKK since pre-COVID.

I really liked my stay at Aira hotel. The room was very spacious and I had a great view of the city and the pool. This hotel looks very new and it was really clean. I did use the gym and they had great equipment. The breakfast was fresh and had so much variety. The area outside is very busy with bars and clubs. I had a great time with all the nightlife right outside the hotel. However, this area is not a place for kids.... That being said, I would stay here again because the price of the room is pretty decent.

Staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunate that the first room we had stunk like sewage. 2nd room though upgraded could hear some noise from the busy street and hot water required 5-10 mins wait. Hotel situated on some sort of red light district with street prostitutes and also vans selling weed. Decent location and short walk to mrt. Given the environment ， will not recommend for family with children

Staying in a connecting room with family, the room is clean, bed is comfort, busy area with loads of restaurant and pub nearby, a quick walk from bts nana The bath room is huge but with no bath tub, a bath tub will make the room like 10/10

Our 2 premier family connecting rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. We experienced cold congee and cold noodle soup on our 1st day for breakfast at Kingston lounge. Hope there will be more selections of food items. Overall we enjoyed our 4D3N stay at Aira.
