Nice but older large hotel. We were disappointed the children's club was not open at all and it seemed to be a bit empty in general.

I booked a suite room (plaza view) - king bed, it was on the high floor. The room is spacious, clean, full-equipped with room amenities and quite nice, a king bed for a 3-family member (2 adults and a 12-yo kid) is not that tight. The robot staff is cool and cute (I asked for additional tooth brush kit, and it was served by a robot maid). Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for both leisure and business purposes.

We were so delighted with our stay. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, a lush garden in the middle of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had something for the whole family. Our room view was of the pool/river and definitely worth waking up to every morning. Id be hard pressed to stay anywhere else if i find myself in Bangkok again.

Second stay at this hotel with family, located at riverside with chatter boats operating 8am-8pm daily connecting to a BTS station, beautiful amenities, generous room size and breakfast with lots of varieties. Thankfully we got two rooms with internal connections which is great for family, would stay here again!
