Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

We were there with our 4 children's and it was just amazing!! The friendly staff is just awesome. The pool is very nice and the included breakfast is really good! We will go back for sure!! :)

We had the two bedroom room for the family with a great view in the river. The room was very comfy and modern

The club was disappointing. The staff made us feel unwelcome. Twice they had put food out but refused to let the children have any as it was a few minutes until the start time. We had made tour bookings so couldn’t wait. They were very inflexible and quite rude. This is so unusual for Thailand and very different to the club at our hotel in Hus Hin where the staff were fantastic. We are returning guests to the Chatrium Riverside but this has put us off. We were made to feel like we shouldn’t be in the club even though we had paid for it.

Fantastisk tjek in. Venligt og hurtigt personale. Blev mødt af en yderst venlig receptionisk Ms/Miss Kamonchanok, som sørgede for fantastiske værelser til min familie og mig. Rene store værelser, venligt personale og en stor imøde kommenhed, som er vigtigt for os, da vi rejser med en handicappet søn, der er autist. Ud over rengøring, reception, vil vi da fremhæve den forrygende morgenmad, der har et stort udvalg. Dette var vores 4. ophold på hotellet og kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen til næste år. Kim /// Great check in. Friendly and fast staff. Was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist Ms/Miss Kamonchanok who arranged amazing rooms for my family and me. Clean large rooms, friendly staff and great hospitality which is important to us as we travel with a disabled son who is autistic. In addition to cleaning and reception, we would like to highlight the terrific breakfast, which has a large selection. This was our 4th stay at the hotel and will definitely be back again next year. Love our stay here. Rooms are spacious perfect for family. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. The sunset boat ride to Iconsiam is a must try. Good breakfast. Most of the staff are excellent. Will definitely stay here again

All the staff were all absolutely wonderful, they were helpful and friendly. Thank you the reception, concierge, chefs, bar staff, room service and cleaning staff you were all brilliant and patient with the kids. Then the 2 bed riverside suite was spacious and well fitted out, lovely soaps, great views etc. I will be back!

The Chatrium Riverside Hotel boasts an impressive array of facilities to suit every guest's needs. The infinity pool, overlooking the river, offered a serene oasis to unwind and escape the bustling city. For fitness enthusiasts, the well-equipped gym was perfect for staying active during my stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of the shuttle boat service, which ferried guests to the nearby Asiatique shopping complex and the BTS Skytrain station, ensuring easy access to the city's attractions.

Love this place. Great views and I will be back. Build a children’s swimming pool behind the pool bar. The kids ruin the entire pool experience- they chase the adults away. More frequent boat service to Sathon Pier. The gap at midday for refueling is very inconvenient.

Hotel is beautiful, I don’t recommend it for family with kids.
