The location and hospitality is what makes me stay here every time I visit Bangkok for the past 10 over years. However this time round I am rather disappointed that despite booking a junior suite and I had over 10 power sockets in the room only 3 were working! 2 others worked when they felt like it, the rest totally didn’t. It was a real struggle when we needed to work on our laptops while our kids stayed occupied on their devices and we had to compromise which device to charge first. However as the hotel was fully booked it wasn’t an alternative to change to another vacant suite.

The room we got had air conditioning set at 19-20 which was cold. TV’s also not working and lifts broke down whilst we were there.
Most of first day had to wait to get fixed. Eventually got a new room, which was ok. Again, had to inform them that we were 2 adults and 2 kids so had to wait for them to make up beds for kids.
Got fixed eventually, but very slow so missed much of first holiday-day which was annoying.

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 10) from 26 to 29 January 2024.
Check in was easy and quick. Initially booked a Superior Room, 2 Twin Beds but was given the choice to upgrade (additional 1200 baht for 3 nights) to a bigger room with a queen bed and two lounge chairs which we accepted after being shown the room. The two lounge seats were promptly made up with linen/sheets and my children said they were comfortable to sleep on. The Queen bed though, was a bit hard and the pillows weren't as comfortable unfortunately. There were two TVs in the bedroom with one remote, which we had issues with. We let reception know and they seemed to fix it but there was still a bit of a lag between pressing buttons and the tv responding.
The shower leaked on the floor during use but it seemed to dry up well the following morning. There was a distinct lack of hooks to hang up used towels.
The location is fantastic as it's in the shopping centre precinct/CBD. Even though it's lively on weekends, the noise did not bother us in the evening and we were able to sleep ok.
We did not opt for buffet breakfast at 490 baht pp so cannot comment on the quality of food. The only places we could find open in the morning for breakfast was 7-Eleven which was a 2 minute walk or a Macca's at Siam Paragon.
The pool looked tired and in need of refurbishment. My kids did not want to swim there as it was too cold.
Overall I would stay here again for the location.

I rated 2 stars, because I've booked a room for 4 people with queen bed a sofa bed ( for the kids) and I received a room with just 3 beds, queen bed plus a single sofa bed. No reply from them.

The hotel and the location is excellent. The only thing that bother me is the smell of the sewage. The smell is through out the hotel, you can escape from it! Other than that the location is excellent.
The paragon mall is 750 feet to walk there, central world is 5 mins walk, the MBK is .2 miles.
I would recommend for friend and family if they are coming to Thailand ☺️

The hotel was at a very very convenient location.
Lots to shop and eat.
A little disappointed though; with the hotel shower area as not very clean and some wear and tear seen.
And also the the room and walk way of the rooms level were not very sound proofing; hope this can be improved. (As quite disrupting when resting, other hotel guests were shouting and kids running and shouting as well along the hall way).
Last but not least, real Kudos to the staffs there, they were all very very friendly and approachable and helpful as well~

There is a terrible foul smell in the reception and lobby areas. This also could be smelled in the restaurant. The 'premium lounge' was as far from premium as could be - children running around screaming and a large party shouting at the top of their voices. When raised with staff they merely shrugged. People were leaving the lounge to avoid the experience but staff did not care.

Hotel facilites are relatively old but we'll maintained and clean
The wooden flooring at the corridor are not as noise absorbent as carpeted flooring. You hear noiseswith people walking, talking, rolling luggage's, running kids etc . If you are light sleeper, you might get woken up a couple of times at night.
