We had the only deluxe room and while it was wonderful; there was a small snafu. There is another room with access to our balcony, while we were in our room with the doors open, a woman and her child came on to our side. Our doors were open and we were obviously there. They didn't care. This should never happen, and other guests should be told that the area belongs to that room. There is no way it is ok for someone to walk right in front of an open door to the bedroom.
