A truly wonderful and well thought out hotel. Lots of little touches- a backpack to be borrowed, a welcome card, a stocked and included minibar, and an excellent breakfast. It seems the Julen family are amazinf hotelliers. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed this property so much that it made us sad we only had one night in Zermatt. The lobby, restaurant and room were all very nice. It is also family run and you can see the whole family working there. Highly recommend.

We have stayed twice in the hotel Julen once at the Romantik and now the Aplinhoff If you are looking for families I would suggest the Alpinhoff as it is just across the street from the lift and ski schools The Romanitik is just that but both are charming We were blessed to get the suite at the top of the hotel with a separate dining area and another room for our children it was stellar Views are epic and we will be back cheers to you all
