Best location at Zurich main station. Hotel room is very clean and my junior suite is spacious. Breakfast is fabulous with a great selection and quality except when there is a large tour group, individual guests will use cafe as breakfast place which offer less opulent selection. VIP benefit recognized but they do not offer room upgrade for Expedia gold despite asking before checking in. Otherwise, everything is great.

Great hotel downtown Zurich, close to the the Old Town, pedestrian mall which includes many choices of restaurants, bars + public transport. Room was small but comfortable. Great service with free Swiss chocolates for kids, fresh fruit in the room. Recommended.

Final stop on our Switzerland vacation and was the best hotel we stayed at during our time there. Booked a junior suite with king bed, and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again next time in Zurich!
