As a family of 4 traveling, we found the room perfect to accommodate all of us. The staff member who checked us in and out was lovely - friendly and helpful. We did not include breakfast with our stay, but changed our minds the next morning and she was incredibly kind and pleasant about accommodating our last minute change. The location of the hotel was perfect - overlooking the lake and with many dining options nearby as well as transportation stops close by. The walk to/from the train station was super quick as well. We had a very nice stay and would definitely return!

Nice location with a great view of the lake with a balcony. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell (mildew?) that caused the whole room to smell. The old floors means you could hear the people above when they moved around, and I was unlucky because the people above me were walking/running around late (midnight) and again woke me up around 5:30 AM. I think a baby elephant would have been less noisy.
