Rooms are super large. We are a family of 4. Had lots of room to move about. Had a great view of the city.

It is a hotel where some of the guests are people who are either being discharged from the hospital, or are mothers of new born babies, will be staying before they go home. This was not an issue, and it appears they are in a different part of the building from other hotel guests. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable though because of this. Our room was big and bright, and the staff were amazing. Parking was easy and right on location, breakfast was excellent, and it's a very short walk to the subway station.

Very clean hotel! We got the big room for a family of four. Nice huge wrap-around balcony with plants. Didn’t mind not having aircondition (early June) because the room felt cool enough with the centralized fan. Huge bathroom. Amazing breakfast! Steps away from metro. Friendly staff! Exceeded expecations.

This is an amazing place to stay with large well designed rooms and we had a wonderful balcony. We were warmly greeted by Gaetan, the man at the front desk, and he made our stay extra nice : ). He is a wealth of information and very helpful. Parking is easy and connected to the hotel. The breakfast was the best we had so far on this trip. Lots of choices for all diets. This is a hospital hotel for people who want family to stay close by or for those new mommies who want to rest a few more days. You may see some cute newborns at breakfast! Don't hesitate to stay here!

I didn’t realize it was attached to a hospital until we saw a newborn being pushed down a hall. The hotel is very clean and modern. It’s quite a ways from the train station and we chose to walk. Bad decision because it’s all uphill. We learned real fast about the metro. So convenient. Great breakfast! Spacious room and bathroom.

I stayed here for a night with my two young children whilst travelling.
The room was very big and perfect for us, very clean and modern. The only thing missing was a mini fridge (to store snacks for my youngest and some milk for tea). The reception team were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was alright, perhaps a little small for everyone to get around with their trays and food/drinks but it met our needs perfectly. Location close to metro was ideal and easy to get to the lake for a quick visit before continuing our journey.

Comfort and restaurant service were great. The children's corner at the reception was also useful! The view from the window over the town is very nice. Definitely a place to stay!

Very good hotel, great family room (we, family of four) and great courtesy at reception despite not being able to connect my UK number to their complimentary wi-fi.

This hotel was…unexpected. We didn’t realize it was an actual patient hotel. As in there was a guy wired up for his EEG in the lobby. Folks at check in were lovely. Very clean; some might even say sterile. Definitely smelled like a hospital so that could be triggering for some. No air conditioning. We had a fan and left a window open. It was fine for late May but I could see it being quite hot in the summer months. The location was good. We walked everywhere but public transportation access is close by. The breakfast buffet was good but again, the hospital vibe was strong. Folks with IV ports and bandages, and women who just gave birth with their newborns all share space at the pastry station with the tourists. Again, odd. Would I stay here again? No. Will my friends and I laugh about accidentally staying in a hospital for the next year? Yes.
