Not easy to welcome guest properly with this covid situation, but we felt warmly welcome and get the great surprise to have been upgraded to the junior suite; again thank you very much. If you expect the kind of modern hotel... I think you have made the bad choice, but if you'd like to spend some time in the old city of Lucern, close to everything but in a quiet area and in a historical building (over 500 years) yes, you are at the right place!
