Absolutely loved this hotel. Really good location, walking distance from the main sights. A bit far from the station if you have a lot of luggage but there's a convenient bus.the room we stayed at was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, super spacious with separate rooms for the kids! Very clean. Good breakfast and service overall.

We had a quick overnight stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Gorgeous family room with balcony and great view. The hotel Is in a great location, and the customer service at check in was awesome.

Very good hotel in excelling location, minutes from old town and 10 mins walk from train station. Bus stop to Kriens (for Mount Pilatus trip) was just across the other side of the river, 5 mins walk from hotel. Family room was a good size with plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out. Good breakfast included and helpful staff made it a very enjoyable stay. Only negative was that it was very hot on the top floor. Fans were provided to help keep cool but still very hot when trying to sleep at night in August. Despite that I would still recommend this hotel (even in summer months) as positives more than outweigh that one negative.

This hotel is very nice, located right off the river in Lucerne, in turnoff town, very close to the city wall and watch towers. About 15 mins walk from the train station and ferry terminal, there is a bus 9 that stops closeby. The rooms are very clean and our family room of 4 has three beds located in sort of three different rooms. Breakfast was included and nice. Staff are friendly and happy to explain directions etc. Highly recommended.
