Was ok for a one night stay. No AC which isn't that uncommon in Switzerland. Our room was in the older section. Seemed dated and tired. Had to walk through a hallway where they were apparently storing extra mattresses and baby cribs.

Our family of seven absolutely loved our stay at Victoria! The property was clean, and view was amazing, and the breakfast was one of our favorite of our entire trip!
