This resort is beautiful. The two bedroom villa was perfect for our family trip. The staff is welcoming and incredibly friendly. The only negative we found was the food could have been better.

I loved the staff that worked there. When my family and I arrived we were greeted by Crystel who was accommodating and friendly. She informed me of all the amenities the resort offered and assisted me by booking my reservations for all my dinners. Ricky our shuttle driver was kind enough to give My family and I a complete tour of the island and advised us on activities that would interest my girls. Robin and Junior kept the drinks and food flowing whenever we were at the beach. Robin even recommended some drinks that were great. Junior was on point with the food choices. At the spa my girls and I were treated like royalty by Rod the receptionist. Rod made sure I left that spa very relaxed. He was great with my youngest when she asked him to do a TikTok with her. My daughters and I love Rod. The ladies at the spa Jacqueline, Zachcia and Shevonne did an exceptional job with the massages, facial and pedicure. Our waitress staff Wendy and Karma at Papa Don's were so welcoming and funny. Our waitress staff at Dragonfly were all exceptional Julie D, Carshena J. I'm forgetting one of our waitress staff but she was great with my girls. I wished the hotel had more local fruits and fresh local juices. But the staff made up for what I was missing.

From start to finish, Windjammer was a disappointment. The villas and the premises themselves are all decent (although not pushchair friendly at all) the staff did nothing on top of that. The food was poor to average, and incredibly expensive (30USD for a vegetable samosa, 20USD for an 8inch margarita pizza).
Highlights for us - one of our party slipped on some algae on the edge of standing water in the car park, and fell into the water. A member of staff was next to him, and just carried on moving bags. We had two kids under 3 so nap times were frequent, but despite putting do not disturb signs up, they still knocked, or even called to say they had seen the sign so thought they’d call instead. Full on insect infestation in the villa. Flooding in the villa. Kept awake by noise from one of the restaurants. Plus many other things. Probably fine for couples.

Wonderful resort in St. Lucia. The rooms were spacious and clean, and while they weren't brand new, they were in a perfectly good condition.
Beach:
Excellent beach with lots of things to do for kids and teens, including a water slide, large water trampoline and a water platform for relaxing or jumping off of. There's some seaweed in certain areas but it wasn't typically an issue.
Food:
Excellent breakfast, with fresh fruit (covered, no flies), as well as plethora of other options including an omelet station, crepe station and much more.
Lunch was also great, with options such as calamari, shrimp, fish and more.
Dinners were always paired with excellent live music including live guitar, piano, steel drums and more, and often also had live singers. If you appreciate music, you will appreciate having dinners at Windjammer.
Staff:
The staff was always nice and polite, and we had multiple calls to the room to make sure that everything was going well.
Villa Location:
The one negative, which was a positive for us, is that most of the villas are high on the hills. That means you either have to be in good shape and walk up a lot of hills and stairs, or you have to take the free resort shuttle that's readily available. We chose to walk, which helped to stay in excellent shape throughout our stay.

Overall we had a fantastic stay at windjammer. The beach is amazing, the people are nice, and the food was surprisingly good. However - there’s some room for improvement.
Pros:
- incredible location, and beautiful beach
- good restaurants. Better than what we expected from an all inclusive place
- spacious rooms with amazing (!!!) views
- mostly friendly and welcoming staff. Kizzi, Karen and robin in particular were stellar.
- lots of amenities without feeling like a giant resort. Small enough for you to get to know staff etc
- calm and family friendly vibe
Cons:
- rooms were big and decently appointed but could do with a renovation. Our bathroom tub was cracked, our showers lacked water pressure, and the furnishings were cheap and without much soul.
- their internal records seem to be a total mess. This is something they really need to work on. When I called to book an airport pickup 2 weeks prior to the trip, they told me our trip had been cancelled. Took them a few hours to sort out and find the reservation again. And while we were there, everything from restaurant bookings to bookings of beach chairs etc was totally chaotic and included multiple instances of double bookings etc. it became a running joke for us and several other guests who were experiencing similar issues. Things almost always got resolved in the end, but it wasted a lot of time and effort for all.

Our family had an amazing stay at Windjammer Landing! Such a beautiful resort, so much to do, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to our wonderful embassador, Karen, who went out of her way to make sure we were always well taken care of. Miguel at Papa Don's restaurant was such a fun and friendly waiter, he was fantastic. Thanks also to Marvin the tennis pro for totally making my teenage boys' day with a great tennis lesson to try it for their first time! They were hooked for the rest of the vacation :) The food was beyond amazing at all the restaurants with lots of selection. We cannot say one bad thing about Windjammer, it was a wonderful vacation!

The food was unbelievable. So much variety and really good quality. Usually I am unimpressed with food at resorts but this was shockingly good. The service was fantastic. My room was on the hill but it was an easy walk down and the shuttles were always available within minutes if I required one. I also used the babysitting service which was great and allowed me and my husband to have some one on one time. Would definitely recommend!

Nice all inclusive resort which is perfect for singles and families alike. Several restaurants on the property most of which served decent meals. Many opportunities to enjoy all sorts of activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing and sailing. A gorgeous setting with several pools along with a lovely beach. Nice spa services to pamper yourself. The resort needs a much better gift shop and the staff at checkout need training to explain charges on the final bill.

Would recommend the villas for large families, the private pool is fab. Room service is excellent as well. Nephew celebrated his 23rd bday and was great that front desk organised a choc cake for him.
