Family room is spacious with bunk beds. Great location with shuttle service to airport. There’s a shuttle every 30mins. Super convenient for a family of 4 flying in/out of Madrid.

Great location close to airport. Very clean and modern interiors. spacious parking in basement. Frequent shuttle to/from airport. Very friendly staff at front desk. The staff at buffet breakfast were uptight and unfriendly. The bunk beds in the room were great with kids. Wish the bathroom door had a lock

Unbelievable unprofessional staff, the shuttle guy refused to take me and my family because we had five bags. We had previously requested the transportation to the airport and had notified them of how many bags we had. He had us get on a taxi and dismissed our complains, telling us to just pay.

Booked a family stay and were very pleased with the room we got. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Lovely swimming pool to cool down in. Towels provided at the pool by a member of staff who was really friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.

I would recommend a few more kid friendly meals for the dining menu. Luckily my children ate the chicken, but that was initially a hard sell.

Requested a double room with two queen bed and they installed a very small bunk bed for my kids. My eldest (13 y/o) spent the night at the sofa because el he didn’t fit. Terrible night, no sleep at all

Separate beds for kids were nice. The bar in the lobby was very nice and hospitable, very good service even at late hours. Good shuttle service.
