Nice location, busy street on Gran Via. Front desk were helpful. Bathroom drain in shower was broken. Rooms were clean enough for sure and convenient for a family of 4 with two rooms. Pool area didn’t look so clean.

Excellent family room. Lovely roof top bar. Great breakfast. Easy location to walk and get around.
