An almost perfect stay! The pool area is fantastic but badly behaved guests are allowed to behave like children and ruin the enjoyment of others. Staff pretty apathetic towards this (group of loud men jumping and pulling sun loungers into pool so no other guests could use it) and didn't warn them to stop.

This hotel is perfect and wonderful place to stay in Barcelona. Our check out time was 12 noon and our train departure is at 9pm. They let us stay in their lobby, have our luggage secure on their locker and we can still walk around the city of Barcelona. Also we still have pool access and shower while waiting for our time to go to the train station.. staff are friendly, very accommodating. I would love to recommend these place to my family and friends. 10/10 indeed !

Hotel was great, perfect location, close to many attractions, excellent breakfast choices. Special thanks to Rafal who helped in terms of where to go and eat, what to see, greed us every time we enter Hotel! Also Christopher who was very helpful when we arrived much earlier our room was ready for us at 10 am. Exellent experience , my family is going back in October and will stay at Olivia Balmes Hotel !

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great triple room perfect for a small family. The guys on reception and doorman couldn’t be better. Pool area fantastic.
