Good location, hotel was nice clean and having use of the pool area was a plus, and good value for money. Staff were hit and miss some really friendly others were not. It was also a shame that over my four day stay I had to have my key replaced on 3 of those days. Also be aware that this can also involve families with small children staying which was also a negative as they could be quite noisy around the small pool when trying to relax.

Typical European hotel. Not family friendly, size wise. Awesome location within the city. Worth the price for that alone. Very clean. Never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have a printer for their business computer to print boarding passes? Most staff was helpful. Barcelona is incredible and staying here made it a little better.

Terrible, dismissive and rude front reception staff. the hotel is a bit shabby as the money was spent on the front lobby and African art while the rooms were left to be rundown. the pool area is small an overcrowded with tons of children splashing the guest and using the Jacuzzi as a pool. cleaning staff worked hard and were pleasant but forgot to put toilet paper in our room twice and had to ask repeatedly for it. over all a terrible experience.

Good location about half a mile from la ramblas which is a good thing if your with kids at night.
