While this is an older hotel, it is well-located, maintained and the people are wonderful. We visited Toledo as a family, had a large family room, which we found comfortable, clean and had good working a/c.

I left a bag with clothes. We have sent emails and try to call them with no reply from them what so ever. I am trying to recuperate it but they really don't care. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

4* hotel? Are you kidding?? Maybe it has some good rooms, but we had both rooms on the basement with small windows. It is actually not a room in 4* hotel, it is an old low-quality decorated cave with the very old furniture, bad dirty bathroom, uncomfortable beds, bad lighting and without any soundproof! It was more like an old cheap motel than a 4* star hotel in Europe for such a huge amount of money! Completely bad experience! Will never stay there again!

First glance it looked good, nice reception, friendly staff. However, we had two family rooms on the first and secind floors (which are both below ground), and when the room next door to either ran any kind of water, the pupes etc were really loud, and woke everyone up several times during the night.
