In an elegant ancient building, with two small interior courtyards. We (family of 3) were given two adjacent upper-floor rooms, rather tiny, with a low slanted ceiling on one side that we had to learn the hard way not to knock our heads on as we got out of bed. Fantastic location, in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful, e.g., in getting us a cab for early morning train departure. A simple breakfast was available, but there was a bit of a crowd when it opened at 8am, so service was slow. We would have enjoyed having access to coffee two hours earlier, when we normally arise.
