Lovely hotel but lots of hidden charges. Do not be fooled by the image of the pool. In the small print you can see it’s only open June to September despite being on the images all year round. We were there on 27th May and it was closed despite being 25 degrees outside. The indoor pool is part of the spa so you have to pay extra for it, and children are not allowed to use it. Really disappointing. I may have missed this information on the property details, however I feel it was very misleading as much of this information was only visible in the fine print.

We had a great time here. Good location to walk to the old town and close to the metro. Hotel is in great condition and very clean throughout, including the rooms. Nice pool setup. Most of all, the staff are great - really friendly and helpful. We were staying with a baby and the experience was very positive, they looked after us brilliantly.
