The hotel is in great location just in front of the old town. Room was clean and very spacious for small family. All the places of interest are in walking distance and the staffs are very helpful. They accommodated all the request I had asked for so thank you very much to the staffs. There are many locals shops and good restaurants close to the hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting to Bilbao.

100/10!!! I am so glad my husband came across this hotel. It’s in a great location. There’s a park for kids to play right across the street. Also a strip with shopping stores is right there. I walked everywhere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Jasmina at the bar was amazing! I hate I didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop area but I am pleased with everything else. Also, The rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday.
