Nine Tree Premier Hotel Myeongdong 2

Ideal place to stay with family. 5 minute walk to night market. ATM around the corner, Starbucks beside it and even a 7-eleven store a block away. Staff are all pleasant and professional. Very Helpful. Rooms are comfortable. We rested well even our 3 year old slept great.

Staff are very friendly,front desk staff will translate our destination for the day from English to Korean so we can show it to our taxi driver. The convenience store is great for snacks, my kids love it! Housekeeper was great, they clean our room everyday and we also teies the restaurant. Excellent stay! Thank you so much❤️

Really really good customer service, twice had to ask for something (crib and sheets) due to baby shenanigans and they were super quick and polite. Loved it

Really great hotel, clean, accommodating staff, very clean and worth the money Location is great for families, we stayed with a toddler However in general streets are not stroller friendly (maybe only myoengdong)

We stayed for 7 days at this hotel. The breakfast buffet offers very limited choice. The food is exactly the same every day. For guests staying 7 days there, it is a bit bored with the food. As the food variety is very limited, it would be good for the kitchen to make one or two different dishes each day. I feel sorry for the kitchen staff cooking the same food each day. The bath tub is very high, it is quite dangerous for elderly and kids.

You should provide 4 pillows and not 3. One thing that was negative was when we tried to access restrooms after we turned in our card key, we found it hard to get access as we were waiting for friends and family in the lobby. But when we reached out to the staff, they were helpful but it should be easily accessible with kids and female patrons. Other than that I found your setup to be excellent for short stays.

The hotel was spotless and clean. When asked for extra blankets or pillow for my toddler so that he can be in the room with us, they didn’t want to provide. Not sure what they expect families with young kids to do. Would not recommend this hotel for people w families. No crib, blankets or pillows.

I booked a "Family Room" for 4 people (3 adults, 1 child), according to the website. I got a room with 1 queen size bed & 1 twin single bed. This is not big enough for a 9 year old child. I requested a larger room, given that I had made the reservation for 4 people & they could/would not accommodate that. They said because it's a "child," my child is expected to squeeze into the twin or the queen (with 2 other people?!).

We really enjoyed staying at the Remm. This was our first trip as a family to Tokyo so we were a bit nervous of what the hotel would be like. Once we arrived the staff was very welcoming and helped us get checked in. They provide everything. Face cleansers, lotions, razors, toothbrush, combs, tea, I wasn't expecting all the wonderful amenities so it was a nice surprise. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. We requested our two rooms be next to each other and there was no problem with our request. Housekeeping is spot on. We would leave at various times throughout the week and we would always come back to a clean room, fresh towels, and crisp pillow covers. The breakfast is less than $15 USD and it was very good. The location has convenient stores, Don Q store across the street. Tip; they open at 7 am, so if you're jet lagged go early and get the souvenir shopping out of the way. Subway is nearby as well as high end shopping. I would recommend Remm without a doubt. It's a gem of a place with great customer service.
