Henn-na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

Property was close to subway. Very clean. Staff was wonderful. Room a bit small but fit 2 adults and 1 child(10yrs). Would stay again!

We were in a really good location for shopping and the night market was right up the street. It was a short walk to the bus lines that got us around the city to see everything we wanted to see. It was a quiet and clean hotel. The robot part of the hotel was very cool and one friends and family have loved the shots we took from inside the hotel and the surrounding area. The highlight though was the helpful and courteous staff. We had a couple of issues with our schedule, my fault not theirs, and they went above and beyond to help us through them. I really appreciated how nice everyone was and how much they helped. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Seoul.

A very unique robot hotel with really attractive features at the front lobby. It has auto counters for self check-in and check-out but it didn't work both times for my booking. Thankfully, the staff were very prompt, efficient and very helpful in solving all our problems. Effort has been made too in keeping the place clean. Even though the room is small, it has all that we needed, including bathtub and Netflix! A definite value-for-money stay in a really convenient location where Myeongdong shopping area is just down the street. My family and I were really pleased with our stay here.
