Simpson bay resort is accommodating to all families with children the convenience of having a supermarket on ground is by far the best idea. Staff is friendly and welcoming

The property was good guest were friendly. The activities for the kids were very nice. Check out time was too early check in time was too late

We loved it here! We were connecting with family we hadn't seen in a year. The pools were beautiful. We stayed on the 5th floor of Bouganvillea and highly recommend it. The view over the bay and resort was wonderful. We were close to the largest pool and the beach was only a short walk. Room - beds, kitchen, spaciousness - perfect! We enjoyed a few meals on site - great Christmas dinner buffet at the Mexican restaurant. It was a tine to reconnect and recharge and this resort was perfect for that.

I like the exclusiveness and the many conveniences around and on the property. Checking in and out the staff was nice and friendly. Everyone in fact was friendly whom I met around the property. The pool is a must with the swim up bar where you can have a drink and cool down. It is child friendly and quiet.

We stayed a considerable time at Simpson Bay. After a while, the staff became like family. Very friendly and always ready to help. We were upgraded to a room more centrally located due to my wife’s mobility issues. While it did not have a balcony, the location just off the pool and very close to restaurants more than made up for it. Very fabulous stay.

Lou the front desk staff was very helpful to my family and I. He was very friendly. The resort itself was amazing and beautiful. The only down side was we had to change rooms due to some plumbing issues and I forgot my baby’s stuff and they threw it away instead of turning it into lost and found. But besides that I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The Simpson Bay Resort had everything I wanted for my family just outside our suite. Ocean views, beach, and pool. The staff is very friendly.

Customer service was terrible. Very bad experience. Booked 2 reservations with 2 rooms. They couldn’t find the reservation. Very combative check in process as if I did something wrong. They then found reservations which was their error but put my wife and I and our small toddler age children in different rooms on different side of resort and in rooms no where close to each other because of their error. We decided to at least give it a try when we walked in room it was already occupied. This whole process of confusion took about 4 hours. Not one manger got involved and resolved issue. Again they acted as if I did something wrong. They didn’t want to cancel reservation but wanted us to stay in limbo on their terms. As a customer I spent a considerable amount of money on this for my family vacation .Expedia helped me find other arrangements so my family had a place to stay. Simpson bay did nothing. Manger never came out told rep on phone their hands were tied and they will deal with it tommorow. It was around 8:30 pm now we flew in at 2:45pm. My wife an small children had to wait in car for hours. No empathy. No sorry we made mistake to start with reservation. Let’s get you and your family into a room. We handled this wrong and this is not what you booked. No sorry we put you in occupied room.No manger came out to resolve. Next day manager called to collect money for resort stay that was cancelled and again put things on me for their continued blunders. Don’t stay here.

As a family we enjoy going to the Simpson Bay Resort, however, we were very disappointed on this visit. They on provide housekeeping service every 3 days. Really!!!! I'm on a paid vacation with children I would like my room clean daily.

Property was extremely clean and safe. Staff was constantly cleaning & maintaining resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had paid extra for daily buffet breakfast and would not recommend. Food was the same almost every day. Long lines to get a table in the morning and very stressful breakfast experience. Wish we had been given an option for beachfront or bay front unit. Our building was at the top of the hill not walkable to the beach or restaurants had to drive everywhere. Even offered to pay more money at checkin to have a view and was told they were entirely full. Love the property and will definitely go back and can strongly recommend the resort but would book directly to get the building I want closer to the beach. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom unit and loved the size of it and the features. Resort wifi worked great and even got it at the pool and beach. Loved the beach bar happy hours two drinks for one price. Also loved the resort activities offered such as sunset cruises, exercise classes, and kids activities. Be warned there is a daily charge to use the gym. This should be complimentary in my opinion. This is probably the premier property on the island and is a great choice located near lots of great restaurants and activities.
