Rincon of the Seas - Grand Caribbean Hotel

Came for a family vacation and we had so much fun! Everyone is great and polite! The service was amazing. The rooms are great and very comfortable and super clean I don’t have any complaints at all. We didn’t want to leave, definitely coming back to this great Hotel !!!

Visited my mom for a few days in Mayaguez for spring break with hubby and my kids then stayed my last few days here. Great hotel, great staff, food was great first day we had their burger & fries at the swim up bar of course w/ a nice drink… delicious!! The swim up pool is very nice and chilled. The beach of course was beautiful. Take a walk out the hotel there’s food everywhere literally across the street, drove and took a walk down to where all the restaurants are. Ricon is a great chilled area. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property! Nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds! Service was amazing! As a family we loved the pool and easy access to the beach! We had breakfast at the cafe and it was very yummy! Overall very happy with our stay! Check out at 12 pm was a nice plus to take our time enjoying the morning! Staff was very friendly- I would recommend this place for a relaxing and family friendly hotel stay 👍👍

The beach and location are awesome and the room was nice except for security on sliders in balcony was not there one locked and the other side did not. Also there were many bugs in the room especially these little ones that bite. Had to go to store and buy bug spray and spray entire room. Also there was no hotwater and when we told the front desk they didn't do anything this was room 34. Otherwise a nice facility.

Great place to vacation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel, beach and pool are clean and well kept. Room service did a fantastic job and cleaned rooms daily. The cafe and pool bar service were great along with the menu. My family, friends and I will be returning to this hotel when visiting Puerto Rico.

Unique location. Adequate pricing. Lots of options around. Great service. Pool should be divided or a kids pool should be added. A quiet pool can be added and maybe a game room. I really enjoyed my stay.

I have never encountered customer service this horrible at a resort. No one greeted me or my children upon sitting down, I consistently had to wait over 20 minutes to be greeted and had to ask if I could receive service and even then it was like you were inconveniencing them by being there and needing food/drink

The property was beautiful and has a private entrance with a security guard during the day. There is no guard on duty at night. There was a dead roach in our bathroom, and two crabs that found their way in to our room as well. The staff was kind enough ti remove one of the crabs and the roach. The last crab stayed locked in the bathroom since we had to check out. I think they come in through the plumbing in the restrooms. Besides the creepie crawlies the property is beautiful and has a great pool and swim up bar. There is no place for kids besides the shallow end of the pool which starts at about 24". I would go again, but this is more adult oriented. It can be a difficult stay if you have children. We stayed in a room by the pool which was great to access the water and the beach.

There was a lot of noise from the toilet and we didn’t have any control of the air conditioner. It was freezing and we had to call the front desk to have someone come and have someone adjust. They changed it to 70 degrees and it felt the same- nothing changed. But it was too much of a hassle to have someone else come and adjust it. Otherwise the property was satisfactory. We loved the direct access to the beach. It’s a family friendly hotel.

I love the area that is safe. The pool is most around 3 feet and in a small area 4 feet deep and my kids that are 5 and 10 can swim whitout any problems and Im not scare of them drowning. I always go for safe and this it. They have the pool bar and I just gave them the guest card and I can get food and beverages all day. I was there for 7 days and I end up paying less than 400$ for all the food and drinks, we dont drink alcohol, thats including the breakfast. You dont have to spend a lot of money for a vacation with your family.
