There were special instructions that we needed to check in before 8pm, we called because we were running late. No one picked up. Luckily we had family staying there and they helped with the check in, the personnel left at 7:30pm! There were bugs in the room, no water to shower, hair in the bathroom, stains on the chairs. I’ve stayed in cheaper places that were better than this! Stay away!
