We got to the hotel late at night and had already asked for a baby cot - instead of the staff letting us know our bedroom was on the 3rd floor without a lift (the lift is going under refurbishment and doesn’t look like it’s going to be ready to use anytime soon as of oct ‘23), they simply didn’t tell us until we got there. Luckily our three massive luggages were sent straight to our final destination otherwise it would’ve been even worse. Rooms carpets needs some serious cleaning or even better, they need a change as very stained. Otherwise ok stay, staff was friendly.
