Service was excellent, very family friendly.

Corpo Santo has raised the bar on my expectation of what customer service is all about. From our 1st check-in, to all the EXCELLENT services provided: ie purchasing tour attraction tickets (besides the free tour given by knowledgeable staff; ie Miguel), suggestion to local attractions/dining options (ie Ana), etc. This was our 1st European trip, so having a customer-oriented staff helped in the nervousness of navigating the unknown. The free breakfast provided was not only professionally presented but was DELICIOUS!! From the fresh juices (changes daily) to the gourmet coffee, we always felt satisfied walking away from the fresh meal to tackle our daily events. Complimentary drinks are provided daily at the lodge, as well as midnight snacks (changes daily) for those that hang out late. Take advantage of the 20 minutes free massage given by Anabela and Jessica: I ended up extending mine because it was THAT great!! The only thing I would note is that the mini fridge in the room does not chill the drink enough. This might be a unit issue (designed to not chill, but keep cool), as having it replaced by another unit ended up with the same result. If you want a nice chilled/cold drink, ask desk to have them drop off a bucket of ice! Everyday here was EXCEPTIONAL!! I HIGHLY recommend family/couple that wants a no-hassle stay to consider this establishment. Thank YOU Corp Santo staff members for a wonderful memory. We'll be back!!

The hotel is located in a pretty central area and close to the water. You can get easy to all the places for dining, shopping, visiting landmarks. The amenities were excellent! The bed had a great mattress, the shower had the most relaxing ambiance with soft changing lights as you shower/ bathe and serene music in various sounds: spirit, air, water, fire, earth. Breakfast included was a plus as we ate every morning in the hotel before starting our daily trips. They had different kind of fresh squeezed natural juices (detox too), fresh croissants (every kind possible), fresh bread and fresh cut fruits. The fridge in the room was very well stocked daily with water (bottled sparkling and still), soda, and beer. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They had the best staff, welcoming and always delivering awesome customer service. Daily walking tours were available at 10 am and 4pm. If one wanted a snack, candies, fresh fruits, nuts or ice cream, they were available in the lobby until 11 pm as well as all night/ day on every hall on every floor. The whole experience was AMAZING! We will be back for sure and we would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family !

What a very special hotel in an ideal location. We stayed in a junior suite and it was quite comfortable and wonderful with lots of windows, superb linens, a most comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. And the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!

The staff is excellent, especially the concierge Ana. Thoroughly enjoyed the included tour with Pedro. Our family (2 adults, 2 children) welcomed the included massage. Note that the family suite is actually two separate rooms sharing an entry way. The larger room of the suite is very spacious, but gets a bit of evening street noise. Breakfast is included and has a good assortment (although nothing wow). This is a solid hotel and glad we chose it for our Lisbon portion of our Portugal trip. Highly recommend.

Our kids had been to this hotel a few years ago and loved it so much they insisted that we also book at Corpo Santo for our trip. This is a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff is amazing and truly care about their guests. The hotel also offers a walking tour of Lisbon which is a great way to get comfortable with the city. They are also always available if you need anything. It is a little pricier than other hotels in the area but it is definitely worth every penny!

From the beginning to the end this hotel was perfection! I am not sure where to start, so I will start with all of the extras that this property has to offer in addition to a great walking location that is close to every sight you will want to explore in Lisbon. First of all, upon entry to the hotel there are snacks galore for their guests at no additional charge. Soft serve ice cream is available in the lobby as well as take away snacks that are packaged for day trips. The hospitality is another level. There is also a free of charge walking trip provided 2x per day to get you familiar with the area. Additionally, there is a complimentary daily snack and drink each evening in the lobby. You may also take advantage of the complimentary 20 minute massage. If that isn't enough, go to the dining area for breakfast and all of the extras like fresh fruit, cold cut platters that are provided will leave you full for the rest of the day. Fresh fruit baskets were left in our room almost daily and it was such a nice surprise after a long day of sight seeing. The rooms are lovely and were cleaned daily and had turn down service nightly without exception. I have traveled a lot and rarely do I rave, I'm raving this place had mastered customer service. You feel as though you are being welcomed by family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lisbon.

We liked everything about this property. They treated you like family. From the time we set foot on the property we felt welcomed. They had wine/food tasting in afternoon. Free ice cream all day. Wine/ cheese in room. The breakfast was amazing. The free walking tours were fabulous ! The concierge top notch! The attention to detail was amazing.

This hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is friendly and made our trip memorable. We really appreciated all the special touches, such as a doorperson, happy hour cocktails, and the fabulous staff. Pedro and Nuno went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our Canadian friends and family.
