We were there with family and enjoyed the say.

Amazing hotel. Second time I’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. Breakfast is fab - so much choice and even a seperate Gluten Free area if that’s what you need. Lovely pool with shallow child area. Attentive staff, they noticed at check-in from my daughters was near and they sent a complimentary cake to the room which made her really happy. Will definitely stay next time I’m in Lisbon

We checked in at 3:30pm and they told us our room was not ready which was annoying, but they upgraded our room so that helped. It's a large hotel so expect tour bus dropping off guests for example. The gym was great, the shuttle to the city center was great, the rooms were clean and had enough space for a family of 4.

Excellent stay for one night - would stay again for longer. Lovely and comfortable room, excellent and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast (with piano player) lovely indoor pool - had excellent afternoon tea in Foyer. Had spa which I didn’t use but noticed catered to children (my granddaughter would have loved this - but had already flown home).

Really enjoyed my stay here. It has an essence of elegance and comfort I really enjoyed. The staff and personnel were exceptional with their eloquence and pose. The flower arrangement throughout the lobby stood out to me and the smell of them was wonderful. The hotel has a van that Transports you to and from city center every half hour which was very convenient. Concierge facilitated tours for my family and I and was one of the best experiences of the trip. If you are looking for a walk into history. Look for Felipe as your guide. He is a history professor. It is definitely a place to stay if you enjoy comfort. Thank you for any amazing first time in Lisbon

We had a very pleasant stay at The Corinthia Lisbon hotel. We, a family of five, stayed three nights and the whole time we felt very safe and well treated by the whole staff. The reception area is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and we were welcomed by a most friendly and service minded staff. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming. Overflowing with delicious food, cakes and freshly pressed juices. We would all love to come back for another visit.

Our family of 5 received a warm welcome from all members of the staff. The included breakfast was fantastic. We certainly would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. We received an upgrade to a junior suite that was wonderful. Very clean, nice pool and spa services and dinning options. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great to get to many surrounding areas of Lisbon. Bolt rides are really great .

Although it’s further out of downtown Lisbon it offers everything from service, amenities, kindness, & overall just a wonderful family friendly hotel.

We stayed as a large family and were quite happy with the amenities and cleanliness and staff helpfulness and friendly demeanour. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. The hotel food is excellent and I have to compliment the speedy room service and housekeeping delivery of any items we requested. Guest services are extremely helpful and assisted us with all our requirements. I would criticise the paid valet parking at 18 euros per day as its usually included in every other high end 5 star hotel I have stayed at, as well as perhaps the the lady who cleaned our room, she was very friendly and receptive to feedback but we had to make sure she vacuumed all areas and brought the correct amount of towels as we were a family with additional children. Another criticism is the paid for caps at the hotel pool, the paid for spa baths facilities at 37 euro per person per hour, we are used to having access to facilities like this included as complimentary in any other 5 star hotel. The stay was pleasant and we enjoyed it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
