Pure Formosa Concept Hotel

My family and I had booked 2 bedrooms for 3 nights. My mother was traveling with me and my husband and our 2 kids (total 5 people). At the time of the reservation, selection of hotel rooms with multiple guests was difficult. I wanted to book 2 rooms; room 1 for 2 ppl and room 2 for 3 ppl). However, I ended up making a mistake at the time of booking, and reserved 2 rooms for 3 people in each room. When I checked in, the employee at the front desk indicated this mistake and insisted on charging me for 2 rooms with 3 people (20euros more per/night times 3 nights). I asked to speak to the manager to see if this xtra charged could be lifted. The manager insisted she could not agree to this change because: "if I to agree to this request what other request would I have to agree to with other hotel guests?" she said. I even asked if I were to contact Hotels.com and they agreed to lift the charge, would she then lift the xtra charge? She insisted she would not. Payment had not even been made at that point so there really was no problem on their part to agree. The manager just insisted on collaborating. Some may say that 60 heures isn't much but I would say it's the principle of the matter. She could have said yes and it would not have caused any harm to anyone. Other than that the stay was great, the roof top pool view is incredible and the hotel is very clean.
