The hotel and staff were fantastic. We arrived very early for checkin, they allowed us a changing space to get changed for us to explore while they readied our room. We were shown to our room once available by a member of staff, who talked us through the use of the room and electronic buttons available etc. We felt very looked after, and we had only just arrived. When you first arrive at the hotel on the Main Street, you don’t realise how much of a mini oasis it is, until you turn the corner and see this lovely hotel facing in front of you. Even though it is situated right in the heart of Faro streets, you don’t even realise it once you’re at the hotel. It’s so quiet and ‘in its own space’. The staff were so lovely and helpful, the cleanliness was definitely a 5 star rating. Concierge was great, helped us book most of our activities for the trip. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and family if they are travelling to Faro. If we go to Faro again we will surely be staying here.

Booked 3 rooms for a family reunion and it was a wonderful stay for all. The rooms are exquisitely contemporary and so stylish. Very comfortable beds and Molton Brown toiletries such a classy touch. The complimentary breakfast was epic. So much variety of food on the buffet plus the ability to order pancakes and eggs Benedict it was amazing. We loved the roof top pool and the restaurant white wine sangria immensely. Didn’t eat in the restaurants for dinner but they have great variety of food styles. The only inconvenience was the parking . Street parking is hard to find and parking garage is hard to find but they will guide you and pick you up from garage in their oversized golf carts . The difficulty of the hotel location being in downtown Faro where parking was not part of the infrastructure way back when the city was founded because there were no cars back then. A difficulty experienced in all historical cities in Portugal which can be viewed as charming by others such as myself that love history and old world flair. Loved your hotel and will be back when I go back to visit my family from Southern California. Muito obrigado por uma estadia muito confortável e bonita.

We can only say some good things about that hotel. We booked a room, but it wasn't availble cause of some technical problems. So we get an upgrate to a junior suite with an jacuzzi. That was so nice from the hotel and we really appreaceated this gift. It was so comfortable so nice the service, breakfast and dinner was a dream. It was a nice End of our holiday. I want to thank you the hotel, that we had the chance to joyn it and get our vacation the final and more than deserved end. This is a hotel were we want to come back.
