Great location, lovely room for a family however we were unaware prior to our arrival that there was contruction right above our room, drilling and banging all day long, could not stay in the room during the day.

Our syite was dirty dusty doors don't close We asked to change our room because the dust was provoking alergias for my kids we had ro pay a ridiculous amount to upgrade Then hotel has no parking as they claim

It was a disaster. The room was extremely dirty, cleaned with a smelly mop, there was an extreme situation that the hotel didn’t deal with. I want at least partial money back. There was a wedding going on and the guests started fistfight and breaking of the furniture. This happened immediately above our room. I demanded the hotel calls a police, nothing happened, my kids were scared, my wife too that they’re going to come and tske it on us because I reported this. Fighting stopped, but the noise (intentional) didn’t. When I approached the hotel in the morning, they said there was nothing they could do. When I demanded another room, they wanted to charge me extra even though it would be a downgrade. Please react.

The staff were excellent and the facilties were fantastic. Roof top pool was great for the kids and breakfast was perfect.
