The rooms are perfectly fine and the location is good. The restaurant was out of half the menu, took an hour to get food. Dropped breakfast there but it looked bland when we walked past. Spa and wellness was awful! It was dirty, especially the changing rooms where the floor was black with dirt! You have to book a time, but there were way to many people. It was impossible to even take a few laps around the small pool. The entire spa area felt like a run down and cheap pool for children NOT at all relaxing.

A great hotel, conveniently located with friendly staff. It’s a short walk to the center attractions. Very easy for families.

Hotel in walking distance of city center, local cafe’s and resturants. Kind and helpful staff. Our room looked nice and was spaceious. Complimentary bottles of water at arrival. But with very hard beds and low quality bed linen. Sleeping sofa cover had old stains. Toilet had a continuous smell. But looked clean. The room had a refrigerator placed on the floor. This looked like the once used in restaurants with a lot of lights when plugged in, so had to be turned of if using the sleeping sofa. It also made some noise. This hotel appeared to be very popular by families with kids, and because of local school vacation was full of kids and noise. So for two adults that wanted a relaxing stay was eating in the hotel not a option. Wanted to use the Spa and wellness center at the hotel for a relaxing late evening swim and chill in the jacuzzi, but with 50 people/kids at the same time this would not be a quiet experience. In total it was a ok stay at this hotel and the beautiful city made this worth the stay.

The spa was not a spa but a bathing house. Full with playing kids. No relaxation. Restaurant was too small, Super full and no organization of tables. Better standard in Sweden for that price

Stuffy place. The pool is only operational for limited hours where families with children takes up most of the space. Loud and noisy with pool noodles.

Nice hotel close to main attractions. It’s not an adult-only hotel so expect lots of kids and kid activities ;) Friendly staff and all in all very good stay. They can think about better pillows as the pillows weren’t impressive.

A really lovely hotel. It’s close to the old town and the main town, about a 10 minute walk. Also less than 5 minute walk to the metro line which will take you anywhere in Gdańsk. The room was spotless and comfortable with everything you could need. The bed was incredibly comfy and cosy. The room exceeded my expectations and was worth much more than what I paid! The hotel also provides a great breakfast, nice bar and food along with a spa, pool & gym. Great place for families, couples and solo travellers as it has something for everyone. The staff were also lovely and very accommodating, spoke perfect English :)

Good: - Location (walking distance to city) - Room standard (Modern & Spacious rooms) - Cleaning (rooms were clean) - Lots of activities for kids. (playgrounds, teater etc.) Bad: - Breakfest (Low food quality, bad organized staff & way too chrowded). - View from balkony (smelly construction site just in front of hotel) - You are just allowed to spend 1 hour in ”SPA” area, which consist of really small jacuzzi, pool and changing rooms. -Lack of knowledge when it comes to English -Chrowded lobby Fair stay, but not more than so.
