I recommended this hotel to my friends and family due to nice place even if it is 4 stats compared to 5 stats. Affordable rate and delicious food in the Riviera Restaurant

We were suppose to stay for 3 nights but decided that it was not a good fit for our family. Dining options were expensive as well as drinks. Area outside was not close to any stores or outside food. When asking how safe the area outside was, staff gave me a weird look and said to make sure we keep our belongings with us. Room was dark, carpet was stained, toilet barely flushed, shower wasn’t good. Overall, we would never stay here again. Oh, casino is only foreigners. My husband has an American green card but has a Filipino passport, they did not allow him to go in.

Nice family place to visit and see the sights. Free shuttle to and from the MOA. Casino on sight. Nice room service and breakfast is very nice has a swimming pool for both adults and kids. Transportation and bus tours.

The Heritage is my go to place in Manila , their Manager Eduardo has helped me on many occasions , they are like family . Foods good too !

This is a classic big luxury hotel that is ready for renovation. The rooms were almost antique and not very well done originally. Dirty carpets not good for baby. It is a full service hotel with all the amenities. It’s just dated so try to get the best price you can and enjoy your stay.

Joy and Mac and other staff were very friendly and accommodating, great stay as usual. My wife and I have been coming to Heritage since our children were in diapers, over 20 years. We look forward to an invite to the return of your casino this year.

We always stay at the Heritage hotel at the start and end of our holidays and visiting family, nice spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the buffet breakfast is excellent. We always have a good stay which is why we keep coming back.

My family and I have stayed at the Heritage a few times now, before we head to Davao, and each time we have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel and staff. The hotel was very clean and quiet. For the staff (wow) so friendly and courteous. We are from California and not being used of people being friendly, but here it is a complete 180 degrees difference, we love it here in the Philippines. As our journey's continue to the Philippines, we will still stay at the Heritage. Thank you so much for the great stay.
