Very convenient location next door to the Brygge area and Floyen Funicular. The family room was very spacious and free breakfast had a large selection. Only complaint is the electric outlet was only on one side of the bed so not convenient when two people need to charge the phones.

If you are okay with a “fine” hotel (not lux or chic) in an amazing location … this would do the trick. Rooms were spacious but dated. Bathrooms were one step up from an acrylic tub. Included breakfast was nice enough … get the coffee near the water station, not in the breakfast area. Staff was generally not helpful with the exception of an amazing gentleman named Midas who was incredible and deserves a raise. Location is phenomenal … super close to walk to a million places. Go to Det Lille Kaffekompaniet for a great cappuccino and the best piece of carrot cake you will have had in your life … seriously it changed my view on how good carrot cake can be. The famous hot dog place was meh (I tried the reindeer hot dog) … but in a surprising twist Leela indian was quite the crowd pleaser! Science museum was amazing for kids (ours is 3 … would be good from 1.5-12) We did the walking tour with Martin … he was very good and gave a good history of the city.

For the junior suite we paid good price but we ended up getting a suite which had tiny narrow windows, making us feel like we are in a jail cell. We tried to work with the staff but the options provided were not good. We didn’t get the value for the money spent. Management didn’t even attempt to make up for it in any other form/manner which was disappointing.

My first time in Scandinavia, so I took my time finding a hotel with a good location, breakfast included and a good price. What I got was not just good, was excellence. My family and I loved the room, it's location, it's staff and it's wonderful breakfast.

So lovely and easy to get to! And everyone was so friendly 😊 great breakfast and attention to detail - would go again! Was perfect for our baby moon ☺️

We had a family room which was very good and very comfortable. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, cannot fault it, and the breakfast is really amazing! Great stay for a great price too!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel in one of the family rooms, which was a bit of a strange layout but very large. The only downside was lack of ceiling lighting but this may be something which is not allowed. Breakfast was a nice selection and all freshly cooked. Location was great, right in the centre of everything. Would recommend

Very friendly and attentive staff. loved having separate rooms so adults and kids could sleep on their own schedules. Very close to the bus stations and bryggen which is the main sight in this town. Also close to the cable car, castle, fish market.

We appreciated gluten free options at breakfast due to our family being Celiacs. Evening front desk staff were excellent in helping us as we were a late check in.
