It was lovely here, felt like a short stay for us. The ovens did not work in every rooms us and family members had and when they did come to turn my one on I could smell something burning an it was because they left the top stove on. Any of my kids could have touched that stove and to make it worst I could not see any smoke alarms, everyone needs these for emergency.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked last minute after our original booking turned out to be incredibly awful, forcing us to leave, and the Ambassador Thermal Motel was so superior, well worth the still reasonable price increase. They even upgraded the booking for free. The family room was cozy, there were great amenities, including a kitchen, available laundry, a mineral pool and an outdoor heated pool. It was close to city center and in a nice area. We would happily return.

Helpful check it. Informative and nice. Nice spacious room - 2bed room. It was right next to the pool so kids could swim when they want. Comfy beds.

The property was great but poor management, we had people next door jumping and thumping around until midnight band then early again the next morning, very hard to get children to sleep. Went to complain in the morning but the office was not open so left. Would not recommend this Motel to my family and friends.

Went for a family trip, great room for a family of 5, nice mineral pool, only problem was no air conditioning in the room.
