We loved the pool and spa. In our toilet back part kept filling up to much then it would over flow into the toilet. this kept waking me up every 30min-hour, thinking someone else was in our room. Due to kids being asleep didn’t want to ask for another room. The bed and pillows super comfy. Lady at reception was very professional and freindly.

The place had no air con plus my family and i had a afternoon nap when we woke up i had been bitten over some of my arm legs and a lil on my back by bed bugs it was disgusting and we had quickly checked out that afternoon

The Spencer’s is in a great location in Takapuna,close to shops,beach,restaurants. Hotel has a great gym,pool and tennis court for use.Rooms are quite,well presented and clean. Great place for a family.
