This hotel is in a great location for a few days in Amsterdam. It is close to the tram but you can walk everywhere to the major attractions and there are lots of local bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are lovely and exceptionally helpful - friendly and welcoming. The rooms and breakfast area is immaculately clean and newly renovated with a great shower. The rooms are very small and the bathroom tiny but if you are in Amsterdam to see the sights rather than stay in a hotel, it is perfect. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Really excellent hotel, great location (safe, easy access to tram lines, and walkable). The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room we had was small but this is very typical in Amsterdam when you compare square footage. Even with the room being small we were able to fit really well and comfortably with our toddler. The coffee/tea that was available 24/7 was really nice too. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Amsterdam.

Booked a room because I am disabled and hotel said they had a lift and no steps or stairs. 250 euros per night for one adult and two kids. But there were six steep steps immediately inside the front door. Lift is tiny. Just before my room there were two more steps and no hand rail. Room itself; yet another step into the bathroom! Bathroom: no storage for your toiletries. So all my stuff kept falling on the floor. Room was very small and the single beds were the narrowest beds I have slept in for about 20 years. Really narrow. Not at all comfortable. Every time you sat down on the bed, it would wheel across the room because there was a hard carpet and these light weight beds are on castor wheels. There is a bar across the street which people were outside enjoying themselves at 2am. Trams were noisy too. None of us slept. And for a disabled person I really struggled with all the steps and it was dangerous and painful for me. Room was clean but far too small and the stairs in case of emergency were steep, with a turn in them and no handrail. Lethal for many people let alone if you’re disabled. I won’t recommend and won’t return. Very poor value for money.
