We (family of 4 with a 3 year old and a 5 year old) spent one night here, and it was a nice experience, staff excellent (cherry-picked), and the facility is beautiful. The morning breakfast is very good and you can request a variety of options. Very pleasant experience. Of note, my stay here was not to explore Cancun, but just to stay a night prior to our flight departure, coming from Cozumel.
